R.A. Mulder Inc. has been in the construction industry since 1968, originally installing Elastizell cellular lightweight concrete floors. In 1997, we expanded our product base to include, Gypsum Concrete floor underlayments.

Today, we install a wide variety of floor underlayments, radiant heat thermal mass toppings, sound control mat and exterior lightweight concrete decks, balconies and breezeways, as well as Portland self levelers. A large portion of our work today is sound control flooring in multifamily apartments, hotels, student housing and condominiums.

Family run, R.A. Mulder Inc. believes that the hands-on involvement of owners, affordable prices and certification to install a full line of floor underlayments and sound control products sets them apart from their competition. Floor underlayments are not a division of our company, it's what we do.
